About Us
Have Hope Foundation (HHF) is a nonprofit organization founded by the former Miss Ethiopia-USA, (Zewdi Reda). Have Hope Foundation was established in order to help poverty stricken, orphaned and abandoned children, as a consequence of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Ethiopia. Through partnership with EOC-CFAO, a non-profit organization and beneficiary in Ethiopia, Have Hope Foundation is able to make an impact on improving the well being of Ethiopia's orphans and work to reduce the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Mission
The mission of Have Hope Foundation (HHF) is to provide AIDS orphans in Ethiopia basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter and education. Also to open a youth center in Oakland California that will focused on after school program and give youth a safe haven. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children in Ethiopia, Oakland and instilling hope, the hope of a better and brighter future.
Vision
To give Hope to children around the world by creating a global solution and empowering society to take initiative in their community.
2010 Goals
1. To open a youth Center in the City of Oakland by 2010 to keep kids away from violence and gang activities.
2. To make the Have Hope Foundation a global movement to help youth around the world.
3. Increase awareness of urban and international issues for children at risk.
